Shipping Policy

Shipping fees will be added to the product prices displayed on the website. Shipping charges apply per delivery destination, even if multiple items are ordered.

Due to high order volume, please allow 1–4 business days for order processing.

Orders within Israel are expected to arrive within 5–17 business days (shipped from our overseas warehouse). Due to high demand, shipping times may occasionally take longer than usual.

LuxoraHome delivers products either to pickup points or directly to the customer’s address. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive an additional notification once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

For the avoidance of doubt, “business days” refer to Sunday through Thursday and exclude holidays, holiday eves, Fridays, and Saturdays.

LuxoraHome is not responsible for any act or omission by shipping carriers and will not provide compensation for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics companies.

Without limiting the above, the customer agrees that LuxoraHome shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or shutdowns
  • Communication, telephone, or computer system failures
  • Hostile acts
  • Force majeure events
  • War
  • Terror attacks
  • Natural disasters
  • Or similar events

The Company reserves the right to require identification and/or order confirmation before delivering products. Additional identification may also be requested at the Company’s sole discretion as a condition for delivery.


Important Shipping Information

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds may only be processed according to the procedures described in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Any actions such as:

  • Refusing delivery
  • Failing to answer the courier
  • Failing to collect the package from a pickup point
  • Providing incorrect shipping details

may immediately void the customer’s eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or compensation.

LuxoraHome will not issue refunds, exchanges, or compensation for refused shipments.

In exceptional cases where the Company agrees to issue compensation or store credit, deductions may include:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Payment processing fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Warehouse restocking fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you refuse a shipment, you will remain responsible for:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Additional handling charges

These amounts may be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.


Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Correct street names
  • Building numbers
  • Apartment numbers
  • Zip codes
  • Any additional delivery instructions if relevant

The use of accurate abbreviations and address details is essential for timely delivery.

LuxoraHome is not responsible for lost, delayed, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided during checkout.


International Warehouse

All products sold by LuxoraHome are shipped from our overseas warehouse, and delivery times depend on international shipping carriers.

If you have not received an update confirming that your package has arrived in Israel within 20 business days from receiving your tracking number, please contact us and we will investigate the matter thoroughly.


Import Taxes & Customs Fees

LuxoraHome is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees associated with your order.

Local customs or logistics authorities may contact you directly regarding payment of any applicable charges.
