Inspection and repair processes may take up to 30 days from the date the product is received by the Company.

The warranty does not cover:

• Any damage not resulting from a manufacturing defect

Additionally, the Company may offer paid repair services for repairable damages, subject to the Company’s sole discretion regarding whether the product is repairable.

Respecting customer privacy and confidentiality is one of the Company’s highest priorities.

As part of the purchasing process, customer club registration, and browsing the website, customers may be asked to provide personal information.
